When you think of getting healthier you think of a cornucopia of fruits and vegetables, someone hiking with a water bottle in hand, or people exercising with a smile on their face. Essentially, we just picture ourselves in a probiotic commercial.



But what about SLEEPING? The marines glamorize functioning pretty darn well without it, we seem to get by okay on caffeine even if we aren't sleeping well. So does it really make that much of a difference?
