Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

There are a lot of "texture people" out there. So why don't we take those oats that aren't your all time favorite texture and give them a face lift. Welcome to your new favorite breakfast, brunch, lunch, dessert, dinner.
Feels like banana bread in a bowl! IF you want things sweeter, you can always add maple syrup or dates, too! The protein powder I use is sweetened with monk fruit (and most protein powders unless "plain" are sweetened somehow) so I didn't need to add extra)
This is a super versatile recipe that you can change to taste more like cookie dough, chocolate, peanut butter, etc! (Maybe I will start posting more ways to make this recipe yours!)

pinch of salt & double pinch of cinnamon
